Lofts Living In Space
Lofts Living In Space
Since I am a little kid I have always dreamed of living in a loft apartment. I remember the old days watching movies from the 90s where such loft living spaces were present in almost every film. Post-industrial spaces were usually homes for poor artists and people with different craft talents who preferred abandoned factories in industrial quarters.
The basic description of a loft means an upper storey or attic in a building. This space is usually directly under the roof. On the other hand, a loft apartment refers to a large adaptable open space. In some cases, a loft living space could be carved out of a former industrial building or any other type of area that got converted for residential use. People living in lofts have a certain amount of uncommon freedom in terms of adaptability and design and these privileges so to speak have resulted in some very beautiful and amazing loft designs. All scenes and designs are from Evermotion "Whola Lotta Loft" challenge that ended early in 2016. Here you can see some of the best loft interiors by designers from all over the world plus the winners of this contest.
- Our first pick is the aquarium loft living space. It is one thing to be living in a loft and yet another thing to have an aquarium in your living space. Underwater gadgets lying on the exquisite floor finishing tells that the loft offers more than just a chair to sit in. The predominantly blue design is complemented by a white sofa for variety and a brick wall that solidifies the depth of this astonishing loft apartment.
